We specialise in delivering high-end architectural homes in the Southern Highlands, meticulously bringing every detail of the plans and interior designs to life. We take pride in delivering exceptional quality focusing on the finer details, ensuring the vision of the architect, client, and interior designer is realised

Our company was established in 2004 and has 8 full time staff. I am the sole director and have over 35 years’ experience in the industry with an advanced certificate in building supervision, Q license, scaffold license, bonded asbestos training, training in OH&S risk management for supervisors, current committee member of the Southern Highlands Master Builders Association.

Our highly qualified staff all hold (accept apprentices who are currently training) a certificate III in carpentry and our supervisors hold a certificate IV in building and construction.

We are committed to training and developing our workforce and have to date successfully trained 8 apprentices. 3 of our former apprentices have now moved on to their own successful building companies.

Where possible we always use local suppliers, contractors and labour to help stimulate and support our local community. We have developed great working relationships with our subcontractors and main suppliers, with their expertise and skills combined with our staff we always achieve a high quality of work

Entering projects into the Master Builders Awards has played a key role in encouraging pride and striving to achieve a superior quality.

We have won 18 Regional Master Builders awards including young builder of the year in 2008 and residential builder of the year in 2016, 2 Wingecarribee shire council heritage awards and 2 excellence in vocational education & training award.

Early involvement helps avoid costly changes later and fosters a collaborative environment among architects, designers and builder ensuring everyone is on the same page.

3. Transparent Quoting & Scheduling: Clear communication is key. We provide detailed quotes and realistic timelines, so you know exactly what to expect at every stage. Our transparent approach ensures there are no surprises along the way. Our original estimate is uploaded to the live client portal on our management software, and at every stage of the build, costs are updated against the budget so you can see exactly how your project is tracking.

4. Construction & Quality Assurance: Our skilled team and trusted contractors bring your home to life with precision and care. Every stage is monitored closely, with rigorous quality checks to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship. Clients have 24/7 access to essential project information via the client portal, including progress updates, photos, videos, daily logs, and the construction schedule. Regular site meetings are conducted with the client and, where required, the architect and interior designer to ensure clear communication, review progress, and discuss any changes.
