  • Established in 2004, our company is led by Andrew Corby as sole director with over 35 years’ experience in the building industry. This depth of experience is supported by advanced qualifications including an Advanced Certificate in Building Supervision, Q Licence, Scaffold Licence, Bonded Asbestos Training, and formal training in OH&S Risk Management for Supervisors.


    We are proud to hold an active role within the industry, including current committee membership with the Southern Highlands Master Builders Association.

  • Our team consists of eight full-time staff, each highly skilled and committed to excellence. All tradespeople hold a Certificate III in Carpentry (with apprentices currently undertaking training), and our supervisors are qualified with a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. This structure ensures every project is overseen with professionalism, technical expertise, and attention to detail at every stage.

  • We are deeply committed to training and developing the next generation of builders. To date, we have successfully trained eight apprentices, three of whom have gone on to establish their own successful building companies. This legacy reflects our belief in mentorship, craftsmanship, and setting the highest standards from the ground up.

  • Where possible, we prioritise working with local suppliers, contractors, and trades to support and strengthen our local community. Through long-standing relationships with trusted subcontractors and suppliers, we consistently achieve an exceptional standard of workmanship.

    We believe pride in craftsmanship is essential. Entering projects into the Master Builders Awards has played a key role in driving excellence across our team. We are honoured to have received 18 Regional Master Builders Awards, including Young Builder of the Year (2008) and Residential Builder of the Year (2016), alongside two Wingecarribee Shire Council Heritage Awards and two Excellence in Vocational Education & Training Awards.

Client Satisfaction

We prioritise your vision and work closely with you, your architect and interior designers to bring it to life, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Through clear communication, thoughtful planning and meticulous execution, we manage every detail with care - delivering a build process defined by trust, precision and enduring quality.

Transparency

We use an online portal providing the client, architects and designers access to project files, regular updates, photographs and videos of the project progress as well as a regularly updated timeline schedule. For cost plus contracts the portal provides the client with a copy of all project receipts, providing full transparency, along with live budget updates. Carpenter time costs are tracked via a live GPS app and sent direct to the budget.
