I have known Andrew Corby since Sep­tem­ber 2009 when he com­menced build­ing at my rooms at St Jude Street Bowral.

I have absolutely no hes­i­ta­tion in rec­om­mend­ing Andrew. He is not only a very highly skilled builder, but also car­ried out his build­ing in a highly pro­fes­sional manner.

I also found Andrew and his team to be very help­ful to myself and my staff with any mat­ter that arose. They were always punc­tual and extremely clean and tidy and con­scious of the com­ings and goings of my patients and quite often sched­uled noisy or dis­rup­tive jobs around me to suit.

Andrew always kept me aware of where he was upto in the build­ing and man­aged to keep me informed and included in the desion mak­ing process. His coor­di­na­tion of other trades­peo­ple was amaz­ing as the whole build­ing process just seemed to run like clock work.

I am con­stantly com­pli­mented on the fin­ished build­ing and I only have Andrew to thank for that.

“We signed a con­tract with AJ Corby Con­struc­tions Pty Ltd to com­plete demo­li­tion and rebuild­ing work to the rear of our home, which was orig­i­nally built in the mid 1880s. The builder worked pro­fes­sion­ally and with great skill, effi­ciently man­ag­ing sub­con­trac­tors and deal­ing with numer­ous prob­lems which could be expected but not forseen when deal­ing with such an old prop­erty. There were no extra costs and when addi­tional work was requested it was quoted at rea­son­able rates.

The fin­ished prod­uct exceeded our expec­ta­tions. Through­out the con­tract we enjoyed an ami­ca­ble busi­ness rela­tion­ship with the builder and we have no reser­va­tions in rec­om­mend­ing the ser­vices of A J Corby Con­struc­tions Pty Ltd
